These terms and conditions govern the use of the TeoFly website and the contracting of hot air balloon ride experiences in Teotihuacan, State of Mexico. By using this site and completing a booking, you accept the terms described here.
1. Bookings
Bookings are made through this website. By completing the booking form and choosing a payment method, the user initiates the reservation process. The reservation may remain pending while TeoFly validates the payment. Final boarding pass confirmation arrives once TeoFly confirms receipt and validation of the corresponding payment.
2. Payments
TeoFly accepts payments via Mercado Pago and bank transfer. Prices published on the site are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes. The user is responsible for completing the full payment according to the chosen method. TeoFly does not store credit or debit card data; Mercado Pago transactions are processed on their corresponding payment platform.
3. Weather and rescheduling
Balloon flights depend on safe weather conditions. If weather does not allow operations on the scheduled date, the experience is rescheduled at no additional cost. TeoFly does not guarantee exact flight dates; the priority is passenger and crew safety. This policy is communicated before completing payment.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are subject to TeoFly's criteria and the specific conditions of each reservation. For cancellation requests, the user must contact TeoFly through the communication channels indicated on the site. Each case is evaluated individually considering advance notice, reason, and operational conditions.
5. Liability
TeoFly operates as a provider of independent tourism experiences in Teotihuacan. The user acknowledges that outdoor activities and balloon flights carry inherent risks. TeoFly maintains the insurance required by applicable regulations and operates under safety standards. TeoFly is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by TeoFly or used with authorization. Total or partial reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the use of this site or the contracted services shall be resolved before the competent courts in the State of Mexico.
8. No FIFA affiliation
TeoFly is not affiliated with FIFA or the FIFA World Cup. We offer independent tourism experiences in Teotihuacan, Mexico, for domestic and international travelers.
